Terms of Service

SiteDesk is construction management software operated by Contractor Near Me (Pty) Ltd (“SiteDesk”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It helps construction businesses manage operational records such as leads, clients, quotes, projects, labour, costs, reports and invoices.

By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation or using SiteDesk, you agree to these terms. You must be authorised to act for the business whose workspace you create or use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding login details, assigning suitable access to team members, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Founder Beta features may change as we improve the product. Any beta period, pricing, usage limits or special conditions will be communicated separately. We will not charge you unless a price or subscription has been clearly presented and accepted.

You retain ownership of the information and documents you enter into SiteDesk. You give us permission to host, process, secure, back up and transmit that data only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you upload is lawful, accurate and appropriate, and that you have authority to process personal information relating to clients, employees, subcontractors and other people.

SiteDesk supports business decisions but does not replace professional judgement. Estimates, margins, quantities, programmes, AI-generated suggestions and document drafts must be reviewed before they are relied on, issued or used on site. SiteDesk does not provide engineering, quantity-surveying, legal, tax, accounting or safety advice.

You may not use SiteDesk unlawfully, attempt to bypass security, access another organisation’s data, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape the platform, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

We work to keep SiteDesk available and secure, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events or beta changes may affect availability. We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and will try to give appropriate notice of material changes.

You may stop using SiteDesk at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

To the extent permitted by law, SiteDesk is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every business requirement or prevent every loss. We are not responsible for decisions made from unreviewed data, estimates or AI-generated content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute directly before pursuing formal remedies.
